SUGARCANE raw bar grill returned to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival again this year! The event brings celebrity chefs, master mixologists, and industry experts together and benefits Florida International University’s (FIU) School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
This year, Executive Chef & Partner Timon Balloo joined the “Paella y Tapas by the pool” event hosted by James Beard Award-winning Chef José Andrés at the SLS South Beach. Chef Timon served one of his favorite dishes: fideos with rock shrimp and sepia.
